Hello & welcome
We're the Gaudiniers—Allen, Caitlin, and Isla, who keeps life interesting in all the best ways. Thanks to adoption, our home is full of laughter, adventure, and just the right amount of chaos. We're ready (and excited) to grow our family again.
The one who makes everything feel like home.
Caitlin is the kind of person who makes life feel fuller. She's incredibly thoughtful and caring, with a background in counseling and psychology that shows up in how deeply she understands and supports the people around her. She's also a huge animal lover, an avid reader, and always the one dreaming up our next adventure.
Whether we're traveling or just spending time at home, she brings a sense of warmth, curiosity, and care that shapes our whole family. She's the heart behind so much of what we do. Watching her as a mom has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
Driven, visionary, and effortlessly personable.
Allen is the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with just about anyone—and usually walks away with a new friend. He's incredibly hardworking and driven in his career as an IT executive, with a natural entrepreneurial spirit that keeps him always looking ahead.
At the same time, he brings so much warmth and energy into our daily lives. He's passionate about space exploration and aviation, and there's always a sense of curiosity and excitement in the way he sees the world. He's the kind of person who makes things happen, while also making everyone around him feel welcome. He balances ambition with warmth in a way that makes our family feel both grounded and full of possibility.
Isla is four years old and keeps life fun, active, and a little bit messy. She's spunky, full of opinions, and completely herself in the best way. You'll usually find her outside—covered in dirt, hunting for bugs, or jumping into the pool at any opportunity.
She's athletic, fearless, and always ready for the next adventure. Isla has never met a stranger and somehow makes friends everywhere she goes. She loves with her whole heart and is already talking about how much she wants to be a big sister.
A lively home in a close-knit Southwest Florida community, where days are spent outside, evenings are shared together, and there's always something going on. A place full of energy, connection, and plenty of room to grow.
We met in 2014 and quickly realized we were building something lasting. Both originally from Kentucky, we were married in Nashville in 2019 and made the move to Southwest Florida in 2020. In 2022, our lives changed in the best way when Isla was born—we traveled to Colorado to meet her and brought her home soon after. Adoption is a deeply meaningful part of our story, and we're grateful to have an open, loving relationship with her birth mother.
We're grounded, open-minded, and believe that everyone deserves love, respect, and understanding. While we're not religious, we're spiritual in the sense that we value connection, presence, and living with intention. We approach life with curiosity and empathy, and we try to create a home where people feel accepted, supported, and free to be themselves.
Life for us is active, social, and mostly outdoors. We love to travel, explore new places, and spend as much time outside as we can—whether that's with friends, in the water, or just enjoying a beautiful day. We're deeply connected to our community and surrounded by a strong circle of friends and family who are a big part of our everyday lives.
